Most new developments are still sold with a brochure, a spreadsheet and a shared inbox.

Selling a development today

  • Email a 60-page PDF and hope.
  • An Excel unit list, three versions old.
  • “Is 4.C still available?” calls, daily.
  • Leads rot in a shared inbox for days.
  • Half a day of PowerPoint for “how is it selling?”

Selling with Asono

  • Send a live explorer — and see what they viewed and compared.
  • One inventory, live everywhere: website, team, brokers.
  • Buyers and brokers see availability in real time.
  • Every inquiry becomes a contact — with source and history.
  • A live report you can forward to management.
01 · Explore

Give buyers a showroom, not a PDF.

Buyers walk the building on their own — floors, units, prices, live availability — compare what they like and inquire on the spot. For sale and for rent, in English and German, on your own domain.

01Import

Upload the architect's floor-area PDF — AI drafts the full unit list (rooms, areas, prices) for your team to review.

02Mark & publish

Draw the clickable units over your renders and floor plans with the built-in editor — then publish on your domain, in your branding — as its own site, or embedded straight into your existing one.

03Stay current

Plans change? Update once. Website, team and brokers see the same data the same second.

One inventory. One truth.

Deals are bound to units. Reserve in the pipeline and the buyer site updates the same second; holds expire on schedule; a unit can only be reserved once. Your team and your external brokers work the same inventory — each sees exactly what they should.

Huber Immobilien sees Lindenhof only — and never has to call you about availability again: brokers see it live and reserve without double-selling.

04 · Automate

Follow-ups that send themselves — and stop when buyers reply.

Email sequences and visual workflows keep every lead warm without a single robotic moment: automation pauses the instant a human takes over. Two-way sync with Gmail and Outlook.

Day 3
No reply → polite follow-up

A sequence step, not a blast. Still your voice.

Day 5
Buyer replies → everything stops

The sequence cancels itself and Lara is notified. No robot nudges after a human conversation.

05 · Understand

Start every morning knowing who to call.

Buyers create signals all day — visits, comparisons, favorites, silence. Asono ranks your call list every morning and explains every recommendation with the evidence behind it.

Which units are hot, which campaigns actually convert, where inquiries come from — a live report you can forward to management or your clients instead of building slides.

Two surfaces. One system.

Buyers browse on one side, your team sells on the other — and every click, inquiry and reservation flows between them without anyone copying data.

GDPR by design

Consent-based buyer tracking, contact export built in, deletion on request.

Hosted in the EU

Application servers, file storage and email infrastructure run in Frankfurt (eu-central-1).

Secure AI

Your data is never used to train models — and every AI draft waits for human approval.

Roles & permissions

Brokers see their projects and their leads — nothing else.

Audit trail

Every reservation and status change is recorded: who, what, when.

Your brand, your domain

Buyer sites run under your domain, in your branding. Full white-label on Enterprise.

Priced per organization — not per user. Your team and external brokers work in the same plan; member allowances scale by tier, unlimited on Enterprise.

One price · one system

The questions we hear most.

What happens to our existing project website?

Keep it or replace it — your choice. The buyer experience runs on your own domain or a subdomain, in your branding, and works alongside an existing agency site (many teams simply link “Available units” to it). Full white-label is available on Enterprise.

Who enters all the units?

Not your team, unit by unit. Upload the architect's floor-area PDF and the AI import builds the unit list — rooms, areas, prices — for you to review. When plans change later, you update once and the website, your team and your brokers all see the same data.

Where do the 3D visuals come from?

From the material you already have. Asono stages the renderings and flythroughs your architect or visualizer produced — and your team draws the clickable unit shapes over facade and floor views with the built-in editor, in minutes, no agency ticket. No new production required to go live.

Does Asono handle rentals too?

Yes. Units can be for sale or for rent — same explorer, same inventory, same pipeline. Mixed projects work as well: rent some units, sell the others, one workspace.

How do external brokers work with it?

Invite them like team members, with scoped roles: a broker sees the projects and leads they work on — nothing else. Reservations they make go through the same single inventory, so a unit can only ever be reserved once.

We're an agency selling for developers — is Asono for us?

Yes. Agencies run their mandates in their own workspace — every project, every developer, one system — or work inside a developer's account with scoped access. Either way, availability is live and double-selling between you and the developer's team is off the table.

Where is our data — and what about GDPR?

Application servers, file storage and email infrastructure run in Frankfurt (eu-central-1). Buyer tracking is consent-based, contacts can be exported and deleted on request, AI features never train on your data, and every AI draft waits for human approval.

Who owns the contacts and deal data?

You do — contacts, deals, activity and consents belong to your organization, not to Asono. If you ever leave, your data goes with you. No multi-year lock-in.

Do buyers need an account or an app?

No. The buyer experience is a website — any browser, any device, in English and German. Buyers browse, compare and inquire without signing up for anything.

How is Asono priced?

Per organization, not per user — your team and external brokers work in the same plan, with project and member allowances that scale by tier (unlimited on Enterprise). Request a demo and we'll match a plan to your development.
