You pay one price for your whole organization. The plan sets how many active projects, members and workflows you can have, and how many AI credits you get each month. It does not limit units, contacts, inquiries or connected mailboxes. Pro is €149 and Business €499 a month, plus VAT, and a year costs ten months. Enterprise is priced by contract.
Yes, one each. Everyone in your workspace uses a member seat, whatever their role: your own team, external brokers and read-only viewers alike. An invitation that is still open counts too. Enterprise has no member limit.
A project that is neither archived nor deleted. Archiving a project frees its place in your plan, and its published website stays online. An archived project is frozen: its setup and its units cannot be edited until you unarchive it, which takes a place again. Its contacts, deals and inquiries stay workable.
About one question to the assistant. A question that looks up a lot of data uses 2 to 4 credits, a document import about 5. Your organization shares one monthly pool, which starts again on the first of each month. When it is used up, AI pauses until the next month. AI steps in workflows stop once 80% is used, so the rest stays for your team.
Yes. A larger plan raises the limits and adds its features. A smaller plan never deletes or hides anything: you keep all your projects, members and workflows, and you cannot add more than the plan allows. Custom fields, deal stages and contact statuses you already have stay in place. Adding or editing them needs the Business plan again.
